Registration and Payment

JMUVB Camp Cancellation Policy:
Campers will pay in full when they register. Of the full payment, $100 is non-refundable. The rest of the balance can be refunded if cancellation, by email, occurs prior to June 1st. After that time, no refunds or credits will be given. If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provide a doctor’s note to jmuvbcamp@gmail.com to receive a full refund. Per NCAA rules, we must follow our policy with no exceptions.
How to register for All Skills Camp, Position Camp, Extra Night Stay or Advanced Camp:
1) Fill out the registration form below when you are ready to register and pay for camp. If your camper is staying overnight, please know your camper's roommate request before you begin. You can request one person/camper for overnight campers. You will get an automated email response confirming your registration form was submitted.
2) Immediately after filling out the registration form, follow the PayPal link below to pay for your camp. You will receive an email confirmation from jmuvbcamp@gmail.com (you may need to check your junk folder) within 5 business days of registering for camp and paying for camp. It is very important that you pay on the same day that you register so we can match payment with registration. You will not get a confirmation email from us until we receive both the registration form and payment. Thank you!

Click on the link to pay. If you are attending more than one camp, simply click on all links that apply and it will total your cart in PayPal before you pay. If you are waitlisted for a camp, please DO NOT pay until you are confirmed with a spot.
How to register for Team Camp:
1) Coaches send an email to Lauren at sauerla@Jmu.edu. Registration for Team Camp is done through the coach. Campers do not need to fill out any forms with us on this site.
How to register for June Exposure Camp:
1) Email our Head Coach, Lauren Steinbrecher, at sauerla@jmu.edu with your full name, club, graduation year, position, highlight link (if you have one) and subject line: JUNE EXPOSURE CAMP. She will email back registration/payment information within a week. Please make sure you read the camp description prior to registering - this is not a camp with teaching/feedback.
