How to register for Advanced, Position or Skills Camp:
Please read all steps prior to registering and please do not start the process until you are prepared to complete all steps. Registration will open Monday, January 12th at 8:00 AM.
1) Fill out the registration form when you are ready to register AND pay for camp.
2) Payment must be made on the same day as you register.
3) Please know your camper’s roommate request before you begin and please make sure that the camper that you are requesting puts down your camper's name, as well. Only 2 campers in a room.
4) If your camper is attending Position Camp, please know the position your camper will be signing up for (setter, middle, libero or pin).
5) After filling out registration form, please make sure to hit the SUBMIT button before going to the PayPal link(s).
6) There will be an immediate, automated email received after submitting your registration.
7) The registration form must be filled out prior to paying for the camp through PayPal.
8) Next, please go to the corresponding PayPal link(s) to pay for your camp(s).
9) An email will be sent from Leslie, JMUVB Camp Administrator, with confirmation of your camp(s) and payment information. You are not registered until you receive this email. Please allow 10 business days to get your confirmation email from jmuvbcamp@gmail.com in January due to the sheer volume of registration forms/payments. Thank you for your patience!

2026 JMUVB Camp Cancellation Policy
Campers will pay in full when they register.
Our Position Camp, Advanced Camp and Skills Camp will require a $100 non-refundable deposit for each camp. The rest of the balance for each camp can be refunded if cancellation, by email, occurs prior to June 1st.
If a camper needs to cancel after June 1st, $200 of the full payment for each camp will be non-refundable. The cancellation must happen by email, prior to the start of camp.
For example, if a camper signs up for Position Camp, Advanced Camp and Extra Night Stay, the total owed at registration will be $1,050. If the camper cancels prior to June 1st by email, the refund will be $850. If the camper cancels after June 1st, the refund will be $650.
If an individual cannot attend due to an extenuating circumstance (e.g. medical reason allowing them not to participate, death of an immediate family member), please provide documentation to jmuvbcamp@gmail.com to receive a full refund.
For Team Camp, we require a one camper deposit fee from the coach and we can refund any additional camper fees for those campers that may need to individually cancel before camp.
There is a 24 hour grace period for full refunds after payment.
Per NCAA rules, we must follow our policy with no exceptions. Thank you!
